The TIAA Institute held its fifth annual Women's Leadership Forum, bringing together an outstanding group of talented women leaders.
This year’s theme, Challenge and inspire. Standing together for change, speaks to the power women have individually and collectively to build a better, more equitable future for all. Participants represented higher education, healthcare, business and the broader charitable sectors, and the roster of dynamic speakers included college and university presidents, noted authors, association leaders and TIAA executives.
We focused the discussion on gender equity 50 years after the passage of Title IX, leadership effectiveness for women, women’s financial wellness, and actions needed to retire inequality, with Institute research featured throughout to enrich the dialogue.
