Catherine Reilly is an investment and retirement expert, with a focus on retirement income, global retirement systems, and emerging financial technologies. She has served as global head of research for the defined contribution team at State Street Global Advisors; chief economist for Pohjola Asset Management in Finland; and management consultant at McKinsey & Co. Inc.

Most recently, Reilly was employed at Smart, a leading provider of global retirement technology, and is now principal of CM Reilly Associates, LLC, a strategy advisory firm. She earned a master’s in public administration from Harvard University and an M.Sc. in economics from Aalto University in Finland.
